Today the appeleon version 2.4.00 GA has been released and is now available for new installations and updates as well as on appeleon.com.

The following new additions expand the appeleon functionality:

    The performance of the platform was enhanced by several optimizations.

  • Hiding object tabs
    The object tabs can now be hidden as long as only one object tab is displayed. This saves space and enhances the layout.
     
  • Optimization of multi edit
    The function to change multiple objects at once was made easier. Working with applications is therefore more efficient.

  • Number format depending on mode
    Number formats can now be used depending on the current mode. This way numbers can be displayed with a different number of digits in editing and view mode.
     
  • Assign objects automatically
    Relations can now be created by selecting objects in selection boxes as well. This way, for example,  the advantages of the deletion logic can be used.
     
  • Unique key
    Unique keys can now be assigned automatically. The number format, prefix and increment of the keys can be defined.
     
  • Collapsible columns in cross tables
    Collapsible columns can be defined in cross tables. This results in slim default reports that can be expanded if further details are required.
